Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run your league's draft order: an email address for the commissioner, whatever your league members type as their display name, and their game scores. We never see your card details. We do not sell anything to anyone.

What we collect

• From commissioners: an email address, used to sign in and to reach you about your purchase. Plus whatever you choose to add to your rumble — league name, logo or photo, custom questions.
• From league members: the display name they type, their scores, and an anonymous identifier stored on their device so we know which seat is theirs. No email, no password, no account.
• Technical data: standard server logs including IP address and browser type, kept for security and troubleshooting.

What we never collect

We do not receive or store payment card numbers. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own systems; we receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference to it. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Why we collect it

• To run your rumble and produce a draft order.
• To let you sign back in and manage the league you paid for.
• To email you about your purchase, a refund, or a service problem.
• To keep the service secure and to investigate abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email unless you ask to be on the launch list.

Who else touches your data

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Netlify — website hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.

Each acts as a service provider to us and is bound by its own agreement and privacy terms.

Storage on your device

We store a small amount of data in your browser so that your device stays attached to your seat in a rumble and so you are not asked who you are every time you open the link. This is functional, not advertising. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

A rumble and its results are kept so your league can look back at the board. If you want a rumble and everything in it deleted, email us and we will remove it within 30 days. Server logs are retained for a shorter period as part of normal operations.

Your choices

Write to support@draftrumble.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Age

Draft Rumble is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify commissioners by email.
