Refund Policy

The short version

If you have not finalized your draft order yet, email support@draftrumble.com and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why. There is no deadline.

What you are buying

Draft Rumble charges a one-time fee of $15.00 USD per rumble. That fee activates the share link for a single league's draft order event. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Building a rumble is free — payment is only required before you share the link with your league.

Eligibility

Every purchase is refundable in full at any time before you finalize your results. There is no time limit on this. If you bought a rumble and never got around to using it, we will refund it months later.

Once you finalize, the sale is final. Finalizing is the moment you receive what you paid for — the full board and the reveal video — and it is a deliberate action you take from the commissioner screen, so nobody arrives there by accident. Revealing the order to your league comes after finalizing and does not change this either way.

If something on our end stopped your league from playing or from finalizing, that is our problem and we will refund you regardless of status. Write to us and tell us what happened.

How to request one

• Email support@draftrumble.com from the address you used at checkout.
• Include the name of your league or rumble so we can find it.
• We reply within two business days.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Once we process it, the funds typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. We do not charge a processing fee on refunds.

What happens to your rumble

When a purchase is refunded, the share link for that rumble stops working. We cannot restore a refunded rumble, so if your league has already started playing and you would rather keep going, tell us before we process it.

Before you dispute a charge

If you do not recognize a charge from us, it will appear on your statement as DRAFT RUMBLE. Please email us before filing a dispute with your bank. We will refund any legitimate request faster than a dispute would resolve, and disputes cost us significantly more than the $15 charge itself.
