Refund Policy

The short version

Email support@draftrumble.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why.

What you are buying

Draft Rumble charges a one-time fee of $5.00 USD per rumble. That fee activates the share link for a single league's draft order event. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Building a rumble is free — payment is only required before you share the link with your league.

Eligibility

Every purchase is eligible for a full refund for 30 days from the date of payment. This applies whether or not your league has played, and whether or not you have revealed the draft order.

After 30 days, we will still consider refund requests. Write to us and explain the situation; we would rather resolve it than have you dispute the charge.

How to request one

• Email support@draftrumble.com from the address you used at checkout.
• Include the name of your league or rumble so we can find it.
• We reply within two business days.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Once we process it, the funds typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. We do not charge a processing fee on refunds.

What happens to your rumble

When a purchase is refunded, the share link for that rumble is deactivated. If your league already played and you want to keep the results, save or screenshot the final board before requesting the refund. We cannot restore a deactivated rumble.

Before you dispute a charge

If you do not recognize a charge from us, it will appear on your statement as DRAFT RUMBLE. Please email us before filing a dispute with your bank. We will refund any legitimate request faster than a dispute would resolve, and disputes cost us significantly more than the $5 charge itself.
