Who we are

Draft Rumble is operated by Kardia Labs LLC, a limited liability company organized in Florida, United States ("we", "us"). By using draftrumble.com or any rumble created with it, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Draft Rumble is web-based software that helps a fantasy sports league determine the order in which its members will select players. A commissioner creates a "rumble", chooses a set of skill-based mini-games, and shares a link. League members play those games, and the resulting scores are converted into placement points that produce a draft order.

Draft Rumble is not a contest, sweepstakes, or gambling service. We do not collect entry fees, hold or transmit funds between league members, take a percentage of any pot, or award cash or prizes of any kind. The only transaction we process is the commissioner's one-time software fee. What your league does with the draft order we help produce is entirely between you and your league.

Accounts

Commissioners sign in with an email address. League members do not create accounts, do not provide passwords, and are identified only by a display name they choose and an anonymous identifier stored on their device.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your commissioner account, and for keeping access to your email secure.

Payment

Creating and customizing a rumble is free. A one-time fee of $5.00 USD is charged per rumble before its share link can be distributed. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

Your content

You may add a league name, a logo or photo, and your own trivia questions and answers. You keep ownership of anything you upload. You give us permission to store and display it for the purpose of running your rumble.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, or that is unlawful, harassing, or obscene.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to read, alter, or delete another league's data.
• Do not attempt to submit scores by any means other than playing the games as presented.
• Do not probe, scan, or attempt to breach the service's security.
• Do not use the service to run a paid contest, lottery, or wagering pool.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to a rumble you purchased.

We may suspend or remove a rumble that violates these rules. Where a violation was not your doing, we will refund you.

Fair play between league members

We take reasonable technical measures to keep the games fair: every manager in a league faces identical, seeded game conditions, each game may be attempted only once, and that limit is enforced by our database rather than by the browser. We cannot, however, guarantee that no participant will ever find a way to cheat. Draft Rumble is a tool for settling a friendly argument, and the commissioner remains the final authority over their league.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any dispute within your league about its draft order.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, or if required by law. If we terminate your access without cause, we will refund any unused purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where we have your email address, tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Not affiliated with the NFL

Draft Rumble is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any of its teams. Player and team names, where they appear in trivia questions, are used for factual identification only.
